It depends on who they are dealing with. If they know some of their companies they work with have closer CCP ties obviously they know they have to kiss ass. Just like in the west they have to act like they are big into SJW concerns if they are in leftist circles

Anyway while they are pursuing the ¥uan God, they risk alienating the western market and might end up losing the Almighty Dollar, we are already seeing people say they will boycott any company that uses Xinjiang cotton, soon the western governments might start putting pressure in these companies too.

Capitalism is fundamentally immoral otherwise the human rights advocating democratic nations wouldn't be trading with China at all. It was greedy western governments who outsourced their supply chains to China in order to capitalize on it's cheap labor and empowered the CCP in the first place. Also fiat currency like the US dollar is worthless paper and it's a matter of time till the dollar will lose it's world reserve currency status with the global push for digitial/crypto. Think long term.
