The idea of ranks is cute. Instead of being a Baby ARMY would someone be a Corporal ?

Head of a Continent: Marshal
Head of a Country: General
Head of a Region: Lieutenant General
Head of a City: Major General
Head of a District: Colonel
Then Colonel gives military ranks by merit
Because the fandom is not organized as a military organization and there's
