It was announced by the Company ‘GRAMMY’ (50% stakes hold) that they have established a joint venture with YG entertainment (49% stakes hold) which is now called YGMM Co., Ltd. (Name of the Subsidiary)

For those who don't know, GMM Grammy's original business is music. Currently, it is one of the largest media conglomerate entertainment company in Thailand. The group involves in concert production, artist management, film and TV production, radio, publishing.

GMM Grammy PLC is the largest media conglomerate entertainment company in Thailand. GMMTV is only a small part of it which is undergoing group restructuring for ONE Enterprise's IPO.
GMM Grammy just annouces that One31 will acquire radio biz (GMM Media) and content creator biz (i.e. GMMTV) from GMMCH. From now on, One31 will manage GMM25's marketing (setting clearer target audience) and co-produce for GMM25.
One31 is 50% owned by GMM Grammy & BoyThakonkiat, and 50% by a strategic investor (who own PPTV). Boy is the key person at One31. GMM25 is 50% owned by GMM Grammy & 50% by a stategic investor (who own Amarin channel). GMM25 was led by Saithip then pass to Tha from GMMTV in 2018.
