most of the kids i've seen be bullied back in school were quiet and had below average social skills. it still doesn't make the bullying right though. another reason why shy kids are targeted is because they dont have many friends to defend them. it's kinda smart in a way but still very wrong.

in my case, i was talkative and other kids thought i was funny. so i was barely ever bullied. but i've seen some horrid things happen to shy kids.
