Momoiro Clover Z member Shiori Tamai has been confirmed to have COVID 19, as announced on their public website.
After getting sent home due to fatigue and body aches, she was sent home by staff. In a prudence of caution they scheduled a PCR test which then came back positive. She currently has mild symptoms.
The 25 year old is now at home resting and recovering, while staff have also decided to test everyone in close contact with the member. Luckily the tests for fellow members Ayaka Sasaki, Kanako Momota and Reni Takagi have tested negative, and everyone who was in close contact are following all necessary quarantine procedures.
We wish her a speedy recovery and for the safety of all the members and staff!
