Mental Health Resources
We’re all in need of a little support sometimes. There is no shame in reaching out.
Q: Why doesn't AKP have a mental health thread?
A: We do not have a thread designated to mental health because we are not medical experts in any way. Therefore, we have decided to forego it due to liability reasons.
With that said, mental health awareness is extremely important and talking about mental health should be normalized.
