Which shounen anime/manga writes female characters very well?

Hunter x Hunter: most characters were well developed.

Lots of good sports shounen animes have some well developed female characters like the coach in Kuroko no basket or the manager in Haikyuu

D. Gray Man. I love Lenalee Lee. She's feminine but strong. I love how at the end, Allen (MC) and her are the only one left to fight the level 4 akuma. Also, I love how they potray her relationship with her brother. How she gives up to live a normal lives because of his brother. And how his brother come to work at the headquaters just to accompany her and make sure she's not alone. Making the headquaters feels like home so, she would be happy everytime she's back from work.

Conclusion, D. Gray Man is really underrated
