    I was wondering why illit plagiarism threads were coming out when both MHJ and the court stated that the plagiarism was an opinion and not a fact.


    so I went to go read the court documents and the court stated since the plagiarism was an opinion of hers, she as a CEO fulfilled her shareholder contractual agreement by bringing it up. They also stated that they acknowledged that she was indeed making plans against HYBE, but because HYBE caught her before the tampering actually happened and could have known about the tampering beforehand, it doesn't make it a contractual breach.


    When you read the court documents and then see the sentiment online it's so funny because it seemed like the kpop stan logic was formed by seeing few words such as "illit,plagiarism,mhj, right".
