Makes zero sense for BTS. They have not toured or released music for almost 5 years due to Covid and their military service. They will be looking at playing the largest stadiums due to fan demand.
It's a Wembley Stadium chatbot, so this does not preclude dates in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, etc.

The last time it was done, I believe, is Lee Jieun's concert in Cheju island
in Jan 2019.
Cheju is an island with a pop of about 700,000, spread all over the island, and the venue had a capacity of about 5,000.
She did that to thank the people of Cheju for Hyori's Homestay, and at that time Lee Hyori and her husband still lived on there (they moved back to Seoul later). So IU had a concert in the island for the sake of Lee Hyori.
Well, BTS' free concert in Pusan in Oct 2022, another waste of time, was the closest to it. (The highest paying concert of that year was held by a certain Lee Jieun, which had a capacity of 85,000).
