I don't see how EXID is doing better than these 3 groups from the links. They have couple of high streamed songs but that's all. Most of others songs haven't reached 1 mil.

When it comes to Spotify, these metrics are flawed and should not take seriously:

- daily/monthly listeners: just one viral hit will boost this number,

- daily/monthly strram: acts with more songs will have this numbers high,

- 1/2 highest streamed songs. Some acts are being treated like one hit wonders by the international GP. People are just listening to that song and nothing else,

- total streams

The best metrics to gauge activeness are their 6th best daily/monthly/total streamed songs. Why? Because most people don't remember more than 5 songs of any acts. So this number being high proves their popularity, not just an one hit wonder or because of a viral moment.

It makes perfect sense because spotify is mostly used by international fans. I assume most international fans got into kpop during 3rd or 4th gen and most people don't revisit older music. There's most likely certain songs that get a lot of stream, but most people aren't going to stream catalogues they're not familiar with

I listen to f(x) basically on repeat daily, but I'm petty, so have FLAC files on my computer that I just shuffle so SM doesn't get their pennies from me.

It's still a shame, even third gen has so much good music and people will just forget with time with some few exceptions
