While this is true in general, you definitely get the worst of it with Kpop shows. Not a lot of hope for humanity in those crowds lol.
In which ways would you say that etiquette is worse at K-pop concerts? I've been to a few, and so far I haven't noticed anything too far out of the norm.

Dunno about other countries, but the concert etiquette at Australian shows has been fine
