The thing is I didn't like or care for Seoul city the first time I listened to it. And now it's literally top 3/4 on the album for me.
It just sounds like such a dreamy hazy late night song, that is meant to add to the atmosphere rather than be focused on/actively listened to. That's why it goes with edits or just playing it in the background at night.
