Nepotism exist in all countries and culture, some have it more and others have it less. But right now we're talking about Kpop and Korea so let's keep the topic here. But yes, as with all the cases we have seen, I don't think things will change that much as long as some CEO knows powerful people to back them up. Referring a bit to the ongoing Hybe-Ador vs NJZ. But now idols have a external voice to help them compared to the early generations: International fans with SNS can be a powerful to fight back.

Company that knows powerful people in the industry gives them leverage and advantages in return for other favors. In cases where abuse is being revealed, companies can get help from certain people on the political system. Families or close friends...
