Seoul vs Tokyo - where would you rather live?

I thought it might be nice idea to do some cities battle here.

In which city would you rather live?

I found few interesting data to compare

Seoul has cheaper: public transport, taxi, rent, kindergarten, pre school. In Seoul you can make bit more money (wages). Mortgage interest rate 4.16.

Tokyo has cheaper: restaurants, food, drinks, international primary school, clothes. In Tokyo when you want to buy a car or apartment you pay much less than in Seoul. Mortgage interest rate 1.75.

I'm sharing that part about housing here because some people prefer to see it more detailed rather than simplified
