It doesn’t include digital sales, it says pure sales which means only physical copies. And Aespa sold 400k+ in China of each album, which means it would be higher than these numbers if digital sales were included.
Then likely US exclusives which didnt go thru Circle certification maybe
Actually, on top of that, nowadays many groups are selling NFC albums exclusive to Chinese market (via QQ music). Those technically are physical albums right since Weverse albums are included for Circle too (but tracked separately and given lower sales weightage)
