Do you think any American moved to another country just because of one president?

I remember people saying online that they're moving to Canada if Trump wins in 2016. I don't know how many did. I guess if any of them did, it's most likely because Canada speaks English just like the United States.

I don't know if any American moved to another country if Obama or his Democratic successor Biden won.

yes, Canada is the go to expatriate destination. Australia is popular as is England.

Maybe some people traveled to other countries that don't speak English because the President of the United States does not speak Spanish. The closest we've gotten to an American president speaking Spanish is George W. Bush.

Well I mean not just George W. Bush but some other presidents knew Spanish to some degree (either Reading only or Partial).
