Why do stans who cry industry maltreatment stay silent when their favs steal roles from actual actors?

So many idol 'actors'. Yet there's barely any who can act. They take on a role they can do barely any justice to and ruin the whole drama. None of them win those roles. They're handed to them bc of company backing. Meanwhile 1000s of indie actors without big company backing who could have done a good job and advanced their careers - justifiably so - are pushed to the sideline. Yet none of their fans got a problem with it. But same fans cry industry or company maltreatment at the teeniest unintentional mistake.
