Long story short

apparently KLAP which now manages Kep1er said that Xiaoting can't attend this and that due to her Chinese schedules

meanwhile Topclass is saying that all Xiaoting schedules in China are always discussed with W1/KLAP and Topclass always prioritizes Ke1per's group activities over Xiaoting's individual activities.

Well she was asked did it worked well with her parents, but even with that it still doesn't explain why one or another agency didn't just post small note: 'Xiaoting is on hiatus due to personal reasons, she will be back in january'
