This makes no sense. Chen was in a committed relationship when his now wife got pregnant. Perhaps her pregnancy wasn't planned and it sped up their wedding plans but they were going there. They wanted to have a family together. This guy had child by accident. At least he's recognizing the child and will support him financially.

This this this! People acting like Gabi is a 18 yo girl when she is also a whole ass adult and their relationship was anything but romantic... I think marrying bc you accidentally got someone pregnant is as irresponsible as getting them pregnant. None will be happy in their relationship. Better to just do everything you can for the sake of the CHILD and just avoid a broken marriage full of traumas for the children.
