I think people liked the first Joker because it was a dark drama and had some connection to the Batman mythos, people especially like origin stories. But the comments people made on Reddit made it sounds like it was really bad, but a few liked it. I think I'll save $30 and not see it. I haven't seen Joker 2; but, according to some reviewers on YouTube I've watched, apparently the final act had a long(?) courtroom scene and there were musical segments(?) which made it a musical than a movie.
What the hell were the production teams thinking??? Or the writers?????
They must have been on some crap during the process to troll fans and be ass-hats like this.
