Decently compared with the main singles of the comebacks of course, amazing if we compare with the rest of b sides. It was really meritory for MMM to be able to chart songs like that when no one else was doing it, but it's true that the bar was quite low regarding success of b sides back then (also true that this might mean what MMM could do was even more meritory)
I'd say MMM could do something similar of what 4th gen groups are doing now, but during the 3rd gen when no one else was doing it.
Exactly. Mamamoo was regularly charting B-Sides, including one that scored a Real Time All Kill, back when B-Sides from girl groups were being completely ignored.
Those were hit songs for their time. I Miss You had more downloads and stronger overall digitals than Boombayah by the time 2016 ended, just to emphasize how successful their songs were.
They also were the first girl group to really go all in on the pre-release before title track strategy. In fact, they did it with 2 songs with I Miss You and Taller than You prior to You're the Best.
