Do you think the U. S. Constitution would be amended if Trump becomes convicted?

  • Yeah, go ahead and link State-O-Pedia to prove your argument. ¬‿¬

Trump told the J6 protestors to go home early on - loudly and clearly. Whatever silly things a few of them did later, after being allowed into the Capitol by the Capitol Police (or maybe they just shoved that 13,000 pound door open all by themselves?) is on a few of the individual actors, and has nothing to do with Trump.

J6 was a Pelosi/Media-produced theatrical performance. Stupid, fake nonsense. Too bad so many people still haven't seen through it. Had it been any kind of real insurrection 1,000 or so MAGA hat-wearing guys with AR-15's could have taken the Capitol virtually unopposed. Our so-called representatives realized how vulnerable they were a little late, and then had a five alarm freakout over what might have happened - not what did happen.

Sedition Panda, (a Jan. 6 rioter) recently got convicted. It's on the news online.

If you don't believe Wikipedia, you can believe the government. There's a more than 800-pages-long legal document from the 117th Congress.

I can run for Congress whenever I want to introduce the bill preventing convicted felons from holding public office if it hasn't been introduced before I get into public office.

  • I could run for Congress to introduce the bill.

    True -

Prohibition is a constitutional 18th amendment. Then Constitutional 21st amendment is the removal of prohibition 18th amendment.

I would introduce a bill for Constitutional amendment clean up. Void out 18th and 21st.

Alas it will likely not pass 2/3rds in Congress. Its not even controversial.

I don't think current generations has the wisdom to mess with Constitution. Leave it along.

Dems changing the rules just to get their way is the biggest threat to democracy.
