Can a staff member make us search for badges like this?

I had to use Inspect Element so you'll know what I was thinking about: "Badges as an option from the dropdown menu"

This would be great for users trying to search for a specific badge.

I wish it was an option so nobody would have to click on buttons from the sidebar just to find a badge
