not really. 3rd gen stans liked terrible music, same with 2nd gen stans. nobody has any real good taste.

You stan Blackpink, and I mean, you're not lacking taste for that because I like them too. But if you look at their lyrics or songs itself, it's not exactly catering to someone with high taste in music.

So, what's the difference these Gen Z and 4th gen groups? Kpop isn't necessarily about high-taste music or extraordinarily talented artists; it's more about having fun and obsessing over idol culture. This forum is an example of that too.
