    It's purely to spite K-pop groups, if people want to bulk buy to support their faves then they should.

  • That'll impact T-Swift fans and kpop fans, mostly. The only change I really see is the bulk buy. I know on Twitter, some ARMY have pushed for years to avoid relying on single-buyer bulk purchases and instead encourage friends and family to buy (I just made us sound like a MLM scheme 🤣).

    nah, it's more aimed at kpop fandoms and the lengths they go to to boost album sales like using multiple credit cards, shipping to a friend's house, etc. to bypass the 4 copy limit.

    The reason I think it's T-Swift is because the US record industry is having a fit about her charting re-recorded albums and they're trying to lobby against anyone else being able to do it. Limiting bulk buying, which her fans also do, seems like it could be a way to target her.
