Random recipe that I just cooked

  • I meal prep for work (not a full week but enough to have 2-3 meals ready) and I sometimes cook with no instructions and make stuff up so here is a random recipe I just made up, but its so good


    You need:

    • 10 cherry tomato
    • 1 large yellow onion
    • Tomato paste
    • Rice
    • Water
    • Vegetable poweder
    • Salt
    • Peper
    • spicy paprika poweder
    • curry poweder
    • Mayo
    • Butter
    • Falafel

    How to:


    1. Cut the opnion into cubes
    2. Ad a bit butter into a cooking pot and ad the onion
    3. Stir till the onion starts to caramelise
    4. Now cut the cherry tomatos into small pieces and ad to the onions for about a minute
    5. Than ad abut 2 big spoons of tomato paste
    6. Now ad 1 spoon of vegetable poweder and stir
    7. Next up you rins 1 cup of rice 2 times in a seperate bowl and ad it with 3 cups of water to the cooking pot
    8. Ad about 6 falafel balls to your cooking pot
    9. Now cook untill the rice is mostly cooked
    10. To finish off you ad as much of the spices you like till you think it tastes good
    11. And for the creaminess ad about 1 spoon of mayo and let the food simmer a bit till the cream is no more that liquidy

    Now you can serve your meal, tastes best when the food is cooled down a bit but still slightly warm
