As to the question for me it is 2016-2018 is the best time.
I'd say that we're mostly in agreement, as your top three Third Generation years correspond to the top three years on the chart.
I do find it quite interesting that there are very clear transition points between the dominant eras of the various generations: 2007-2008, 2015-2016, and now 2021-2022.
