if the song is good, it would really give them a huge exposure in Japan. Top boy groups there do 500k-1M oricon and if they get a lot of new fans, they could get that kind of album sales. LiSa is also good in streaming so that could also a boost for them. I kind of accept after ranting it out in the other thread that maybe the difference is the japanese company handling them.
Epic Japan/Sony(i wiki it 
) put them in variety shows, music shows & youtube show. Warner probably just don't care and just happy to have a money grab group.
