Hanteo and circle are two different charts.

Circle Album chart is based on how many album are shipped to the stores

Hanteo Chart is based on actual albums that are sold and is computed when your album is billed.

But note that not all stores have the capability to be Hanteo tracked though over the years it’s gotten better. Gaon/Circle album chart is always the source of truth.
