Not gonna comment on anything but the spotify profits. It seems everyone here still thinking Spotify paying that much when they actually not. A lot of artists complaining about how little they get even with millions of stream and snoop dog even saying those with billions of stream didn't even getting paid anything near 1 million.

Its true that the artist may get less than a million $ for a billion streams. Because the artists, producer and songwriter together, get like 24% of the income. And then they have to share that between each other. But the label gets another 42%.
Even if spotify now give 3 instead of 4 or 5 cent per 1000 streams the label have surely generated several Million $.
Brave ent for example made profit of over 7mil $. After paying out their artists. And that with local, not international, success.
