And the RO JUDGES have until say September 1st to decide IF the *FORMAL CRIMINAL CHARGES* against the TATE Brothers merit a full RO TRIAL situation event ... Which , my *guess* , without some 'Before-Trial-Settlement' of the situation (?) , then there *will* be a FORMAL RO COURT TRIAL of the TATE Brothers.

I keep *wondering* IF there is any sort of PLEA BARGAIN DEAL

that has been made to the TATE Brothers ??? ... Which , my guess

that would mean: (1) GUILTY PLEA ; (2) RO PRISON duration ;

(3) WEALTH is *TAKEN* permanently by RO COURT system.

(4) After RO PRISON duration , TATE Brothers are DEPORTED to U.K. or USA ???

NO IDEA (here) what RO Prosecutors might want as PLEA BARGAIN DEAL.

The other aspect , is that TATE Brothers seem to think that RO Nation COURT activity will be the *same* as say in USA or U.K. Nations ... Which , I *doubt* it ... And they are NOT CITIZENS of RO nation either ... The TATE Brothers are as a couple of NOT RO CITIZENS creating PROBLEMS for RO Nation with their *strange* and *very possibly* CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR there ... WHY should an RO JUDGE have much 'sympathy' for them at all ??? ... But I guess , say 2 Years from now , a RO COURT decision will finally happen with TATE Brothers ???
