He's not one of the best, if we're going by vocal tiers, he is THE best right now.
He's currently Average to Above Average, but with the way he's improving, he'll go into Above Average soon (same vocal tier as Baekhyun, SVT's Seungkwan), that good.
DKZ are overall a very good vocal group, it's sad that they're so slept on.
