Should diversity matter for Western groups from kpop companies?

I can see HYBE America’s global gg being dragged if they don’t have non Asians and marketing towards western market. If they don’t have western women, then the members better be fluent in English and I mean really fluent . Even with that, they can still get flack if no Caucasian or African American are in the group. They better think real hard on how they form this group.
