We will be holding an advance ticket raffle for BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL/USA) holders for the 『SUGA | Agust D TOUR in JAPAN』 concert.

■Assigned Seats

ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) Advance Tickets: 15,400 Yen (VAT included)

General Tickets: 16,500 Yen (VAT included)



■VIP Seats (Upgrade Tickets)

Only for ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) raffle: 26,400 Yen (VAT included)

※「Assigned Seats 15,400 Yen ＋ Upgrade Tickets 11,000Yen」



* Tickets are required starting from age 3 and older. Children under age 3 are not allowed to enter.

* Additional fees will be charged by the ticket vendor.





【VIP Seat Details】

・Customers who’ve won and paid for the ticket through BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB, BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL MOBILE, ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) assigned seat raffle are eligible to apply for an upgrade raffle to win VIP seats.

・VIP seat ticket holders may attend the Sound Check event before the actual show and watch the Sound Check event and the actual show at the same seat in the VIP seats in the arena area.

・Customers who win the VIP seats upgrade raffle must pay the difference between the VIP seat and the assigned seat price.

※ The details on the sound check event and VIP seat upgrade raffle entry will be provided through a separate notice.

※ You can only enter the VIP seat upgrade raffle for the same show where you won and paid for the assigned raffle. Please keep in mind that you cannot alter or withdraw your application once the entry period is over.

※ The applicant information must match the details you used to win the assigned seats. You may be disqualified from the raffle if you alter the details after the raffle or enter different information.

※ The VIP seats will not be open for sale to the general audience.

■ Raffle Sign-up Period (Weverse): 13:00, Thursday, April 6 to 23:59, Sunday, April 9, 2023

* You can sign up for the raffle from the raffle sign-up page on the Weverse app.

* The link to the raffle entry page will be posted at the top of this “Notice” page on the set schedule.





■ Raffle Entry Period (Lawson Ticket): 13:00, Thursday, April 13 to 23:59, Sunday, April 16, 2023

* Only members who finished their raffle sign-up during the above sign-up period are eligible for the raffle.

* Tickets will be drawn fairly for everyone who signed up for the raffle during the entry period, and it is not on a first-come-first-served basis.

* The link to the raffle entry page will be posted at the top of this “Notice” page on the set schedule. You may sign up for the entry of the raffle through the Lawson ticket website, following the instructions.



■ Raffle Results (Lawson Ticket): From 11:00, Thursday, April 20, 2023





【Purchase Restrictions】

1 ticket for 1 concert per 1 person

* You may only sign up 1 time per concert. If you sign up multiple times for the same concert, all of your entries will become invalid.

* ARMY Membership (JP) holders, who signed up for the raffle entry are not eligible for the raffle entry.

* Tickets will be issued at the concert venue on the day of the concert. Your identity will be verified when issuing your ticket, so please make sure to read through the [Precautions for Identity Verification].





【Raffle Sign-up・Raffle Entry Eligibility】

■ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) Holders

・ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) holders with a valid membership as of 12:59, Sunday, April 9, 2023.

・ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) holders with a valid membership until the day of the concert they signed up the raffle for.

* e.g.) If you sign up for the draw for the Saturday, June 3, 2023 concert, entries of those of you whose membership expires on Friday, June 2, 2023 will become invalid. Make sure to check your membership expiration date before signing up.

* You can check the expiration date from BTS Weverse > More ( ⋮ ) > Membership.



■ Those Who Are Not Current Members

Only those who completed the registration steps (=purchase complete) for ARMY Membership (GLOBAL/USA) by 23:59, Sunday, April 9, 2023, are eligible.



* Those who purchased their membership from BTS Weverse Shop GLOBAL / USA can sign-up. Those who purchased their membership from BTS Weverse Shop JAPAN・BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL MOBILE are not eligible for this advance ticket raffle. Please make sure to check your membership purchase shop before signing up.

* On the day of the concert, your identity will be verified through your membership number in the sign-up form. If you withdraw from your BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL/USA) after you win the ticket, you will not be able to verify your identity, and therefore, you will not be able to enter the venue. Please make sure to maintain your membership until the day of the concert.

Precautions for Ticket Sales





* It is your responsibility to check the traveling procedures for entering Japan and finding your own air line tickets/accommodations. The event holder will not be held responsible if you are suddenly unable to attend due to the pandemic or personal circumstances. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.

* Ticket purchases cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once the purchase is complete. We ask for your understanding.

* Please note that you will not be able to change any information or cancel your sign-up once the sign-up period is over.

・Tickets will be issued from the venue opening time at the concert venue on the concert date.

・To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the personal information you provided upon purchasing the ticket will be stored.

・The stored personal information may be shared with administrative institutions in order to track the infection route. If your information cannot be verified during the purchase, we may check when you enter the venue. In addition, the personal information we receive will be discarded 1 month after the concert.

・Only those who agree to the above policy may sign-up for the advance ticket raffle entry.







Precautions for Identity Verification





Identity verification is required to issue your ticket at the concert venue on the concert date.

Those who are unable to verify their identity may not be permitted to enter. We ask for your understanding. Please note that refunds are not available even if you fail to enter.

The identity verification process may be recorded (audio/video) in order to keep fact-checking records. We ask for your understanding.



Please bring the following documents required for identity verification on the concert date.





① BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL/USA) "membership card" or "DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD"

Physical membership cards are only sent to those who purchased the membership kit. Those who do not have a physical membership card must prepare their "My Official Membership" screen on their smartphones before admission.

Check the "DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD" on the Weverse > More ( ⋮ ) > Membership screen.





② 1 valid form of ID with your photo

Residence card (foreigner registration certificate)

* The identity verification document other than the seven listed above will not be accepted. Please make sure to bring one of the seven documents listed above on the day of the concert.

* A copy of the identity verification document or expired identifications will not be accepted. Please make sure to bring the physical copy.



③ Printout that shows the ticket winner e-mail or shows the "Winner Screen"

Make sure to bring a printout of the e-mail that was sent upon winning the raffle or the "Winner Screen" on "My Page" on the Lawson Ticket entry page.

* If you do not bring the printed document, we will not be able to issue your ticket.

* We will not be able to issue tickets to those who are the winner himself/herself or cannot complete identity verification.
