How to resize gif enough to be a cover photo?

If you're asking about the format, it's almost 4:1

Go to ezgif.com and upload your gif

Then change go to the resize tab and change the size to 128 x 128 pixels (on both width and height)

Also make sure that it's less than 600kb of space
