I noticed they are taking baby steps with their US promo. They had two US radio interviews this month iirc and Geffen Records already posted about the girls on their twitter, so I suppose they will take care of their US distribution as soon as NewJeans release a proper album.
I'm more curious about their Japan promo, nothing that caught my attention other than their NTV Awards performance.
These are two biggest music markets by revenue. Cracking America opens door everywhere and Japan is own it's biggest market. Bigger than uk Germany France china and korean.
They already set records effortlessly in global 200 which is world chart and now hot 100 entry.
Sky is limit for these girls if hybe promotes them well now. In couple of years they will tour big if hybe plays cards right.
while i was checking out the bollywoodgossipsreddit i saw a post in my recomms saying NJ are going to nickelodeon kid's choice awards soon for U.S promo but take it with a grain of salt.
personally i kinda want more kr songs even if the market is bigger in those 2 places
