While on YT, I came across an account that uploaded the OP and ED songs and it made me remember this adorable, super funny anime from the 90's. Summary: rich girl from city with a magic goldfish become an orphan and sent to the country and tries to reform her new country classmates and battle her lawyers, who are hiding her money etc.
