Can you clasp both your hands in front of you and step both feet through the loop (K-Pop relation)

In The Epex S2 ep 7 (Self variety show), what I said in the title, they found out 2/8 of them can't do it

Just stepping through, not jumping

They all try it starting from 7:43 - 9:15 (I timestamped it)

I found out I can't do it wearing shoes (like they have in the video), but I can do it with socks

I think I saw it somewhere else before but I can't figure out what this is actually called

The only other reference I could find to it was on this website for the Cub Scouts or something:
