who do you have on your team atm? I'd say 4 star weapons are good for now, just make sure to get the one with secondary stats you need

as for tips on wishes I'd suggest you to always pull on a limited-time character banner

You can end up pulling standard banner characters on limited-time banner as well, so eventually you will end up getting all of them. On the limited-time banner, if you pull a standard banner character on it (Mona, Diluc, Jean, Qiqi etc) the next one is guaranteed to be banner character (in this case, Hu Tao). Otherwise it is 50/50 chance

they say it is guaranteed 5 star character every 90 pulls, but in reality it is somewhere between 70 and 80

Some 4 star can be quite powerful if you have the right artifact combo. Looking at builds is the best thing to do as stats do more for you than it appears
