Because the streams and download doesn't match with the album sales.

Show the numbers first, 2 solos out already and they were a flop.
i KNOW you're not talking about jhope & jin?
one sold 500k with no physicals album, the other sold 1M+ in record time & both did better everywhere (hot100, global 200, BB japan, spotify charts,..) than any other ksoloists except for maybe 2/3 others..
except for kcharts - where almost no male idol (group) is really thriving atm - where did it flop?
unless you base succes on only kcharts, you don't consider any ksoloist succesful?

It is about them. They have good numbers where fandom can help, but do they have stability? Longevity? And kcharts are important too, weren't them the biggest male idols there?

He didn't sell a million on his debut but yes. But to a much smaller extent as he had done his fair share of solo work beforehand.
Nayeon selling 500k for Twice for example is no different. No solo work or promotions beforehand and sells 500k off the bat. The sales weren't the impressive aspect of her debut at all, more so that the song itself did better than the group releases.
