Kep1er, Treasure and Enhypen: flops in Korea but top groups in Japan. Why so?

They can’t crack top 200 in Korea and are ignored but has the biggest tours and sales in Japan among 4th gen groups. Why the opposite reaction in 2 countries?

as far as i know enhypen and Kepler's survival are popular in japan. Treasure also has a survival show. Aside from having japanese members, that's the only reason i could think of.

No 4th gen bg is in the top 100, so why are these singled out as flops?
