    石原 崇雅 Ishihara Takamasa -- better known by his stage name Miyavi (雅) is a Japanese guitarist, singer-songwriter, record producer, and actor. His father is Korean-Japanese and he has been married to Melody, Japanese-American singer, since 2009 and have three adorable children.


    Since 2013, Miyavi has been a volunteer at UNHCR, visiting refugee camps around the world. In November 2017, he was appointed an official Goodwill Ambassador.

    Hi ya everyone. I just got back from travelling and this album has been released while I was away hence the delayed update. I just listened to the album and I loved it. Highly recommend.

    It was also recently announced that Miyavi will be collaborating with Yoshiki, Hyde, and Sugizo in a project called ‘The Last Rockstars.’ Let me legit scream because this is legendary in the JROCK universe - 4 legends coming together to form a project.

    My inner JROCK teen self is super happy.


    “2 song teaser videos have been released today, one for “THE LAST ROCKSTARS (Lyrics by YOSHIKI, Composed by YOSHIKI)” and the other for “PSYCHO LOVE (Lyrics by YOSHIKI / HYDE, Composed by HYDE)”. It was announced that these 2 songs are slated to be released very soon.”

    They will perform concerts in the US and Japan and apparently the ticketing application was over whelmed!
