Sibling of unconscious victim of Itaewon crush searching for a person who helped their sister

Somebody put their New Balance sweatshirt on OP's sister to cover her up and stayed with her while waiting for the ambulance, OP and parents are trying to locate said person to thank them

Unfortunately seeing a lot of the video of the tragedy on social media, I saw one where a man was asking people in multiple languages if anyone can help unconscious people by performing CPR and it stuck out to me how many people went in.
