Is sullyoon from nmixx not charismatic enough? [Mod's note: Bashing will not be approved. This isn't your chance to bring out your superficial hate.]

She seems to be the most popular in nmixx but unlike suzy from miss a, she doesn't seem to be that relevant outside of her group. Why? Should jyp push her even more and forget about the "group or nothing" mentality? Or even with push, there's something about her that doesn't click to people?

Sullyoon doesn’t have the star power to become hugely popular. She’s even duller and has less charisma and presence than Tzuyu, there’s no way she can compete with actual currently trendy female idols who have way more personality and vibrancy than Sullyoon to draw people’s attention to them. JYP stans can stay in denial hoping for another JYP visual idol to smash but Sullyoon ain’t ever gonna be one of them

I don't get the hype, jyp needs to give them a better stylist and makeup artist. And bring back their predebut confidence. They've so many charismatic members.

Just look at Tzuyu's zooc photos. Nothing. She has the "the lights are on, but no one's home" look in every one of them.

tzuyu always looks empty but sullyoon is even more awkward and less charismatic than her so what does that say about sullyoon lol…..

at least tzuyu’s draw is the innocent, guileless vibe from her “no one’s home” gaze which has a certain appeal to a certain portion of fans, meanwhile sullyoon doesn’t even have that, she just looks awkward and not as charming in comparison. her individual fandom would never reach the size and fervour that tzuyu’s fandom has even if nmixx was as popular as twice

nah irene looks checked out on stage nowadays but she originally didn’t lack charisma, or at least she used to have way more stage presence at debut than sullyoon ever did. sullyoon can never have as much charisma as irene in the predebut dance cover of be natural with seulgi. even on the red carpet irene looks aloof and cold (and we know she has a temper so the ice princess public persona suits her because she can naturally pull it off) but at least that’s giving something and not practically nothing like sullyoon. looking cold but present is still more charisma than looking awkward and not giving any personality at all

sullyoon is more fit to be an it girl than tzuyu and itzy girls. she could blow up but they should blow up as a group first. her it girls competition from 4th gen come from top groups.

she has the beauty and talent but not the star power. but it can be improved when she's more confident and experienced on stage.
