So your question is "How could they be more successful?" I think that's the way to think about it, not "what's preventing them from reaching the top of the industry", just "how can they improve their profits".
I don't know anything about the companies, all I have is this rewording

If you mean people who will be interested in their every group, I think they already have that reputation on a smaller scale, not really sure how they can generate "more" of it since it just happens naturally

remember that whole i will survive sample? newsflash: it didn’t get approved after a day and it reportedly took them half a year to buy that sample, which means after like was a planned release while the previous ceo was still there. your ”logic” is entirely bogus
