Why is HYBE giving NewJeans all the good songs and giving dust to Lesserafim?

Isn’t LSF’s comeback loved by many people even casuals and they are doing pretty well on the charts? If they are doing good, why change? I think you’re in the minority lol.

Hybe would never have chosen that kind of music for their first GG. LSFM is Bang PD's GG and they have Bighit's style. On the other hand, Newjeans is Min Heejin's GG and they remind me of F(x) and Shinee. They are more like 2nd generation SM's GG. In fact, an interview of Min Heejin that said many individuals in Hybe disliked Attention and Newjeans and saying that they are not like a regular kpop idol. SM's 2nd generation style has always been a big icon. Newjeans is a reminder of the power of old SM style.
