In this video, Suyeon was singing perfectly and then at 1:30 you can see that she is taking out her ear monitor because she could not hear herself anymore. If you know anything about performing on stage, you know that artists can't control their voice without their ear monitor.
Mnet tried to make it seem like she was so nervous and that's why her voice cracked, but in reality it was just their technical error.
