Interscope is their US distributor, and making physical copies for only two or three songs is EXPENSIVE. You have the expense to print the CD, the expense of the album case and cover, the expense of getting it to stores. Easier to distribute online, where most of their fans will buy it anyway. Charting isn't an issue because there aren't enough songs, so there's not much of a reason to go to the expense and trouble of printing physical copies.
