Comprehensive summary of Soojin's bullying case

So from what I can tell Soojin was probably a pretty mean kid but not an outright bully? And most of them seem to agree that she matured and acted better in 8th grade and afterwards. Which means that these things happened when she was 12-13, right? That’s really young, a lot of people acted dumb at that age. Unless she turns out she hasn’t changed or did something extremely awful I won’t hold it against her.
