why do fandoms try to convince everyone that every group works hard just the same

When there are groups who admit to practicing for over 12 hours and others who say that they practice for 8 hours? One is working harder than the other here.

Only blinks say that for obvious reasons lol

When work is put into something, there is usually a product or results that comes out of it. You put time into recording and producing, you have songs to show. You put time into dance practicing, improvement will show. You put time into dieting, weight loss will show. You shoot a lot of ads, the commercials to show.

Some groups work harder than others, it shows.

Because hard work is different to everyone.

One group might spend 12 hours practicing because it takes them longer to perfect the dances than another group who don't need as long.

One group might spend longer on dance practices because they need it whereas another group might spend longer on vocal training.

One might spend longer in the studio while others can record very quickly.

All groups do work hard, but just at different things because that's what their group needs.

You're always going to find discrepancies if you compare.
